Industrial IoT and machine vision
We connect factory equipment to software — PLCs, OPC UA and Modbus on one end, dashboards, alerts and cloud storage on the other.
Industrial projects live between two worlds: controllers that speak Modbus and OPC UA, and business software that wants a clean API and a dashboard. We have built the bridge between them for building automation, production lines and robotics cells since 2016.
What we deliver
- Data acquisition from PLCs and building automation systems over OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU and vendor protocols, with Codesys where the logic belongs in the controller.
- Loggers and visualisation: time series in InfluxDB, dashboards for operators, alerts when a value drifts.
- Machine vision inspection stations on Cognex and Teledyne Dalsa hardware, integrated with the line’s control system.
- Cloud ingestion through AWS IoT Core and Kafka when the data has to leave the site, with the same monitoring and backups as any other system we run.
How we work on site
Factory floors do not tolerate surprises, so we prototype against the real equipment early, keep a rollback path for every deployment and document the wiring as carefully as the code. Hardware is usually chosen together with the customer’s automation partner; software is ours.
